How would you describe your music ? We used to describe ourselves as Hollywood Boulevard 80ies glam meets European Sleaze Action, we think this could give the right idea about our sound Are you satisfied with your new cd ? Our debut on the scene is the realizations of all of our r'n'r dreams, it's just a 5 tracks cd ep but we put on that piece of plastic all of our efforts, our blood and guts, it's the summary of three years livin' the rock n' roll lifestyle without compromises. What's your opinion about the Italian Rock scene ? The Italian scene comes and goes, many bands record a demo-tape and then they disappear or change their style..., there aren't many rock n' roll clubs and it's hard to find someone disposed to make ya play live, the record companies sign only melodic/alternative bands with Italian lyrics, but on the other side there are a lot of good 'zines, fans and some good band, I met a lot of cool people at our live shows... Many bands change their musical style when they realize that it is not popular anymore, for instance many L.A bands turned to grunge when glam became less popular, I suppose that they must sound like KORN today. Do you think that it is an honest behaviour ? A lot of bands change their sound for money, but in a lot of cases they don't get a dime, they are killed by the music biz and become ridiculous, It's all about attitude, if you have it you'll do whatever you like to do, if you don't have it... well, you have to go after the trends Do you live off music ? Do you think that it is harder for a European band (compared to an American one) to live off music ? Americans have more opporunities maybe, but at the beginning it's the same shit everywhere, sometimes we have to work to buy something to swallow or the make up. What is your best concert memory so far ? Every show we play it's a party, maybe I remember one we done at the Poison Apple because there were two sexy girls dancing our tunes, the crowd was wild and we were supercharged like four rock n' roll rockets exploding on stage!!!! Is the Internet a useful tool for a rock band nowadays ? Internet is the fastest way for a band to promote itself and to get in touch with fans all over the world, It's cool to see that there's a glam movement on the web, and it's cool to see that this movement is growin'up! What are your projects ? We wanna play live as far as we can and then the next year, record a full lenght cd, we're writing new songs and for sure we don't wanna stop... you will hear the HOLLYWOOD KILLERZ name for long time!
