Everyone knows that The LORDS will never be The LORDS without THE Lord but, after several listenings of this new CD and a few shows with them I think that we can refer to them as The "New Lords Of The New Church"... the reason being that the spirit is still alive but it's not exactly the same band anymore even though they still play most of the 80s band's hits live (Brian James and Dave Tregunna are the only remaining members from that era.)There are 10 new songs on this album and there's now two vocalists in the band: Steven Marque and Adam Wm. Becvare (LUST KILLERS and ex-AMERICAN HEARTBREAK), Adam's voice is really close to Stiv Bator's, which contributes a lot in keeping the flame alive. Most songs on here are cool and have interesting backing vocals, nevertheless they would have deserved a better production, but old fans as well as new ones should check it out before complaining. Ok, now it's time to paint the town Black.
