Who could have known that someday psychobilly would mix with Heavy Metal? Well, this is what The HELLBATS are all about: heavy guitars and solos that IRON MAIDEN would not deny, double bass, psycho beats, aggressive vocals and a horror rock image that you'll also find in the cool CD booklet and in the band's lyrics. Some could think that this unnatural music breeding is not even conceivable but that works quite well for the French band. Just listen to "Lonely Hero" or the band's anthem "Heavy Rockers" and you'll probably realize that these guys can't be all wrong. I'm sure that the band can get psychobilly fans to listen to heavier stuff and metal fans to check out more rock'n'roll influenced bands and sometimes that's not the easiest thing to do... All of that in the name of rock'n'roll!
