The Norwegian band has gone through some line-up change since their first demo, they now have a new drummer but this second demo has got computerized drums instead 'cause he joined the band after the recording. The first song "Darling Darling" hits you in the face and shows that GOLDCRUSH found their way in street punk (sometimes close to anarcho-punk) with angry female vocals. Lots of energy, catchy choruses and four songs that are definitely made to be played live!

This new band from Norway is into melodic punk rock injected with rock'n'roll powered beats, there are two girls (one is the singer)and two boys in the band. Some songs have quite catchy choruses ('hey, hey-why is it always this way?', 'sick and tired-but I don't wanna go home') and the vocals sometimes remind me of some riot grrl bands. Well, even if the sound of this demo is not the best one, this is quite promising and I'm sure that those of you who dig BIKINI kILL or even The DISTILLERS would be glad to hear GOLDCRUSH. Personally,I'm looking forward to listen to their future releases.
